Driver Enforcement, Suspension & Appeals
This policy explains how Mango records and handles warnings, restrictions, suspensions, and terminations for drivers.
Measures
- - Mango may apply warnings, enhanced monitoring, temporary dispatch blocks, suspension, or permanent termination.
- - Measures may follow from safety incidents, fraud, permit or insurance issues, serious complaints, forged documents, or repeated reliability failures.
Urgent action
- - For immediate safety or fraud risks, Mango may restrict or suspend access without prior notice.
- - In such cases a written explanation should follow as soon as reasonably possible once the urgent risk has been contained.
Non-urgent action
- - Where reasonable, Mango provides the driver with the main reasons, the measure taken, and next-step or cure information.
- - Mango keeps an internal audit trail of the grounds, evidence type, reviewer, and action.
Appeals and complaints
- - Drivers may file an internal complaint or appeal through support or the legal contact route.
- - An appeal does not automatically lift an urgent restriction, but Mango will reassess new information.
Reactivation
- - Where appropriate, Mango may require document remediation, extra verification, training, or a monitoring period before reactivation.
