Marketplace & Billing Disclosure
This document explains who the transport contract is with, how Mango processes payments, and which billing documents passengers and drivers receive.
Contract structure
- - Mango is the digital platform connecting passengers and drivers.
- - The transport contract for the ride is formed between the passenger and the driver or the driver’s transport business.
Payments
- - Mango may collect and process payments as the driver’s disclosed collection/payment agent.
- - Platform fees and commissions are a separate service supplied by Mango to the driver.
Invoices and ride documents
- - Passengers receive a ride receipt or, where applicable, a business ride invoice.
- - Drivers receive a payout statement and a Mango commission invoice.
- - Documents are retained as immutable snapshots with the relevant fiscal and contractual data.
Support and disputes
- - Mango may provide operational support and payment corrections where appropriate, but it does not replace the carrier as supplier of the ride.
