Community & Safety Rules
These rules apply to passengers and drivers using Mango. They are intended to keep rides safe, respectful, and lawful.
Respectful conduct
- - No violence, intimidation, discrimination, sexual misconduct, threats, or abusive behavior.
- - No pressure to share contact details or move transactions off-platform.
Lawful use
- - No fraud, promo abuse, misleading conduct, forged documents, or misuse of payment methods.
- - No illegal activity during or around the ride.
Vehicles and property
- - Passengers must treat the vehicle with care; drivers must use a safe, lawful, and roadworthy vehicle.
- - Damage or excessive mess may result in fees, reports, or account action.
Privacy and communications
- - Use the other party’s personal data only for the ride and related support.
- - Do not record, publish, or share sensitive information without a lawful basis or consent.
Enforcement
- - Mango may issue warnings, restrict features, block ride access, suspend accounts, or terminate access.
- - For urgent safety or fraud risks, Mango may act immediately.
